Step 3: Submit Online Application

In order to be considered for the program, students must meet achieve eligibility criteria in addition to the acceptance criteria of a partner school. Since achieve is a four-year high school program, students apply beginning in October of their eighth grade year. All students must submit a recommendation by their middle school principal, counselor or approved program director.

Submit Achieve Online Application

Student and parent(s) or guardian(s) must complete and submit an online application to achieve.

As part of the application process, applicants MUST provide the name and contact information for the person who will be submitting the recommendation. This recommendation should be from the principal, counselor or an approved program director. Upon submission of the completed application, an online recommendation form will be emailed directly to the recommender.

The recommender will be prompted to submit the applicant’s seventh grade transcript, eighth grade progress report and test scores.  If the applicant’s recommender does not have access to these documents, it is the responsibility of the applicant to submit the information directly to achieve.
